Noteholders are herewith advised that the Issuer has elected to exercise its option to redeem the MMIG05
notes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Issuer’s ZAR 10 000 000 000 Unsecured
Subordinated Callable Note Programme dated 4 November 2019 and the terms and conditions of the
MMIG05 applicable pricing supplement, with effect from 12 August 2022.
